  I once booked an appointment online with this clinic and received an email with booking details, however, when I arrived it at the booked time, I was told by reception that they had no record of my booking and i had to book another time. My wife needed to get a referral letter for my son. When making a booking, the reception told my wife that she didn't need to bring my son along. However, when seeing the doctor, the doctor insisted that my son must attend as well. So my wife had to book a second appointment. During the second appointment which was with a different doctor, the second doctor said he couldn't write the referral letter because the nurse needs to see my son and do something first. Two appointments and it's still not done. They said different things each time so we just don't trust them anymore. Therefore we don't want to book a third appointment with them, and decided to switch to a different clinic. This clinic is badly managed and the people there are just unprofessional.

  This is a joke. Went there to get my blood test for vitamin test after a year and got a random doctor Solaf Shakir who told me that we don't do blood test whenever you need as you'll need to pay for it even though this is a bulk billing. I was so shocked to hear it ended up arguing with her and she let me have blood test just for Cholesterol. This doctor has zero manners is an absolute joke . So disappointing service.
